ABOUT ONE WEEKSign the agreement and establish a line of credit through a security deposit. We set your team up in the portal, map your usual items to their best sources, and agree on a delivery rhythm that fits your lab.

IN THE PORTALAnyone on your team requests items in the portal. You see availability and lead time on every line, set what matters most on each order — speed or a specific lot — and approve. Nothing ships without your sign-off.
We order & consolidate
AT OUR FACILITYWe place every approved order under our vendor accounts. Everything ships to our San Diego facility — not your loading dock — where we receive it, check it against packing slips, and combine it into one delivery.
We deliver, we bill once
TO YOUR BENCHYour consolidated order arrives at your bench on your schedule, cold chain respected. At the end of the month you get one itemized invoice — every line at vendor price, our fee its own line, receipts pulled on your behalf.
WHY CONSOLIDATION
Your freezer isn’t a receiving department.
Small labs lose whole afternoons to receiving: signing for boxes one at a time, chasing a missing tube on a six-line packing slip, discovering the dry ice ran out on Friday’s delivery that arrived Monday.
We take that on. Every vendor ships to us; we verify contents against your order, flag shorts and backorders in the portal, and bring everything to your lab in one scheduled drop — cold items last off the truck.

How often do you deliver?
We run consolidated routes across San Diego County on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and urgent items go out same-day or next-day when the science can’t wait. You set the rhythm during onboarding.
Is there an order minimum?
No. A single box of tips rides the same route as a freezer restock. Consolidation is the point — small orders are exactly what we absorb.
What does it cost?
You pay what the vendor charges — we never mark up items. Our service fee is flat, quoted up front, and appears as its own line on your monthly invoice.
Whose vendor accounts are used?
Ours. You get the pricing leverage of 200+ vendor relationships without opening a single account — and if you leave, your purchase history exports with you.
Can you handle regulated materials?
Yes — controlled-material paperwork, chain of custody for toxicology work, and USP-grade documentation with lot traceability for 503B compounding pharmacies.
